9. Payments, wallet credit & refunds

Paid DriveBird Network features are billed from a prepaid wallet you top up via our payment gateways. Wallet recharges are non-refundable; credited balance never expires and remains usable across DriveBird Network products. There are no subscription plans, so no recurring charge exists to cancel. Cashback and referral rewards are promotional credits and are never redeemable as money. Failed or duplicate gateway charges that did not credit your wallet are reversed by the payment gateway. 10. Governing Law

Any claim related to DriveBird Network's website shall be governed by the laws of India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
