The AI never sees what an employee may not
Every search is filtered by the collections the person asking may see — before anything reaches the AI. A document outside them is never read for their answer, so it can never leak into one.
Answers that show their source — or say "I don't know"
Each answer carries numbered sources; open one to read the passage it came from. When your documents do not hold the answer, it says so instead of guessing — and that answer is never charged.

Beyond its free answers and its plan's, an answer costs ₹1 from your wallet. "I don't know" is never charged.
Questions people ask
Can an employee see a document they should not?
No. Every search is filtered by the collections the person may see before anything reaches the AI, so a document outside them is never read for their answer.
What happens when the answer is not in our documents?
It says "I don't know" instead of guessing, and that answer is never charged. Your administrators see those questions under "Unanswered", so the missing document can be added.
What does it cost?
Each organisation gets 3 answers a day free, shared by everyone in it. After that an answer costs ₹1 from your DriveBird wallet, or comes from your plan's answers.
Is our data used to train an AI?
No. Your documents are sent to our AI provider only to be read and answered from, with storage switched off, and they are not used for training.
What happens to our data if we stop?
A free organisation nobody asks for 30 days is warned, and its documents are deleted 7 days later; a plan that ends unrenewed gets three notices before its documents go, 30 days on. You can delete everything yourself at any time.
