What is DriveBird Pharma?
It's the DriveBird system for medical shops and pharmacies — batch-and-expiry-aware inventory, fast counter billing, purchase entry, customer and distributor dues, and clear reports, all run from the DriveBird account you may already use for our other products. It's currently in early access, ahead of launch.
What counts as an "action"?
An action is one saved piece of work — billing a sale, saving a purchase, recording a payment, adjusting stock. Looking things up is always free: searching medicines, checking stock, reading reports and printing bills never count.
How do the 200 free actions work?
Every day, your first 200 actions are completely free, and the counter resets each morning. A typical small pharmacy fits comfortably inside the free allowance on most days.
What happens after the free actions?
Each further action that day costs just 5 paisa (₹0.05), taken automatically from your prepaid DriveBird wallet. Even a very busy day of billing costs only a few rupees.
Do I need a monthly subscription?
No. Pharma has no subscription and no contract. You top up one prepaid DriveBird wallet when you choose, and pay only for the actions you actually use beyond the free daily allowance.
Can I run more than one shop or branch?
Yes. One DriveBird account can run multiple pharmacy stores, each with its own stock, staff and billing — and the plan includes moving stock between your own branches.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes — you'll be able to invite staff to a store and control what each person can do (billing, purchases, stock) with store-level roles. Staff sign in with their own free DriveBird accounts.
Does it work with a barcode scanner?
Yes — any ordinary USB or Bluetooth barcode scanner that types into a search box works from day one, and phone-camera scanning is on the roadmap.
