What is DriveBird Pharma?

How does medicine stock work?
Stock is kept batch by batch: every batch carries its own expiry and MRP, purchases fill it, sales draw from it, and every movement is written to a ledger with the name of the person who made it. Expired batches can never be billed.
Does it work with a barcode scanner?
Yes — any ordinary USB or Bluetooth scanner that types into a search box works from day one. Phone-camera scanning is on the roadmap.
Can I run more than one shop — or start with one and add more later?
Start with one store today and add branches whenever you grow; each keeps its own stock, staff and billing under your one account. One thing to know: your 200 free daily actions are per owner, shared across all your stores.
Can my staff use it — and can I control what each person does?
Yes. You invite staff by email and give each a role — cashier (billing and customers), pharmacist (adds medicines, purchases and returns), manager (the whole shop floor) — and staff or settings changes always stay with you, the owner.
What if a staff member makes a mistake?
A wrong bill is cancelled, not edited: cancelling reverses the stock and the due in one step, and only a manager or you can do it. Every stock and money movement keeps the name of the person who made it.
Does it handle GST and prescription medicines?
Every printed bill shows the GST split (SGST/CGST), and purchases record GST per line. Prescription-only medicines are flagged at billing — warn or refuse, your store's setting. Full prescription records are coming.
Can I manage customer and distributor dues?
Yes — both sides of the counter. Credit sales, advances and part payments sit in a passbook-style ledger per customer and per distributor, each entry with its running balance.
What does Pharma cost?
