Refund & Cancellation Policy

Fair, prepaid, never lost.

DriveBird Network runs on a prepaid wallet: recharges are non-refundable, but your credit never expires and there are no subscriptions to cancel. This page spells out exactly how payments, reversals, and account closure work. Questions? Please contact us.

At a glance

  • Recharges are non-refundable A top-up becomes wallet credit — we don’t refund it, but you never lose it either.
  • Your balance never expires Credit waits in your wallet with no deadline, usable on any DriveBird product.
  • Nothing to cancel There are no subscriptions — you only pay per use, so simply stop using a product any time.
  • Failed payments auto-reverse Money debited without wallet credit is reversed by the payment gateway automatically.

1. What you are buying

DriveBird Network products are billed through a single prepaid wallet. When you recharge (via Razorpay in INR, or PayPal in your local currency), the full recharge value — plus any cashback — is credited to your wallet as usable balance immediately. Paid features then deduct from that balance only when you actually use them.

2. Refunds

Wallet recharges are non-refundable. Once a top-up is credited, we do not convert wallet balance back to money — but your balance never expires: it stays in your wallet indefinitely and can be spent on any current or future DriveBird product.

Cashback, referral rewards, and other promotional credits are bonuses, not purchased value — they can be spent exactly like balance but are never redeemable or refundable as money.

3. Cancellation

DriveBird Network has no subscription plans, so there is nothing to cancel and no recurring charge to stop. Every product is pay-as-you-go from your wallet, with free daily quotas. If you stop using a product, deductions stop with it — your remaining balance simply stays in your wallet.

If you enabled optional auto-recharge, you can switch it off any time from your wallet page; that setting only tops up your own wallet and can be disabled with one click.

4. Failed, duplicate, or incorrect charges

If money left your bank or card but your wallet was not credited, the payment did not complete on the gateway — such amounts are reversed automatically by the payment gateway (typically within 5–7 business days, per your bank).

If a reversal does not arrive in that window, or you believe you were charged twice for one credited recharge, contact us with the payment reference (visible in your wallet ledger) and we will trace it with the gateway.

5. Account closure

You may delete your account at any time from your Account page. Account deletion is permanent and any remaining wallet balance, cashback, or rewards are forfeited — please spend down your balance first. If you have an unresolved payment issue, contact us before deleting your account.

6. Questions & disputes

Write to us via the contact page with your account email and the ledger reference of the transaction concerned. We respond to payment questions on a best-effort basis, normally within 3 business days.
